New to AAPM? Come and meet and mingle with AAPM Leadership, including Council Chairs and EXCOM, in a more relaxed and informal environment. Stop by to socialize and learn more about the organization, member resources, opportunities to get involved, and other topics of particular interest to new professionals.

It can be overwhelming to participate in sessions, network, and navigate the exhibit floor, all in just five days. Join us to hear from long-time attendees and learn helpful ways to make the most out of your time. Continental breakfast, coffee, and hot tea will be provided.

Step into Canada Night and kick off the meeting in full celebration mode. On Sunday, July 19 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the West Pacific Terrace outside the Vancouver Convention Centre transforms into an open-air party, complete with skyline views, crackling fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and cozy lounge seating where you can gather with friends old and new.
The evening feels part patio party, part playful winter festival. Test your aim at axe throwing, or jump into a spirited (and safe!) snowball fight. Keep an eye out for visiting Mounties ready for photo ops while music keeps the energy high.

The Digital Art Show highlights creative work from across the medical physics community, from abstract visualizations to playful interpretations of life in the clinic and lab.
Stroll through the digital gallery at your own pace and enjoy a different way of seeing the science and stories behind the profession.
The Med Phyz Wiz Kidz Program offers hands-on, age-appropriate activities that introduce children to physics and medical imaging concepts in a playful setting.
Activities may include simple experiments, demonstrations, and guided stations staffed by volunteers. Age ranges, schedule blocks, and registration details will be posted in the online program.
