In-Person registration with on-demand access includes:

The registration rates below are for either the In-Person with On-Demand Access or the On-Demand Only registration category. Take advantage of the early bird rate to save on registration.

On-Site Registration — AAPM

On-Site Registration

Registration is located in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando. All attendees must visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badges. On-site registration will be available.

Policies & Payment Information

Registration Policies Check & ACH Payments

Check Payment

  • All check payments must be received by March 16, 2026.
  • If you registered at the Early Bird rate and are paying by check, payment must be received no later than February 6, 2026.
  • If Early Bird payment is not received by February 6, 2026, your registration will be changed to the regular rate.

Please make checks payable to AAPM, and mail your check with the registrant’s name and a copy of the registration to:

ACH Payment

Contact the AAPM Accounting Team for ACH or Wire Transfer information.

Registration Policies Cancellation & Refund
  • Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before February 19, 2026.
  • No refunds for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure from the meeting.
  • Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of on-demand access.
  • Registrations are not transferable to another attendee or other AAPM meetings.
  • Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly.
Registration Qualifications Non-Member Resident/Junior/Student Requirements

To qualify for the Non-Member Resident/Junior or Non-Member Student registration types, please complete and submit this verification form during the online registration process.

Registration Qualifications Resident of Low/Low-Middle Income Country

AAPM supports members residing in Low/Low-Middle Income Countries with a discounted registration rate. To receive this rate, please apply for AAPM membership.

AAPM follows the World Bank Country and Lending Groups classification to identify members residing in lower-middle and low-income countries.
