Access shipping info, service orders, official contractor forms, and all exhibitor resources.

The hotel group rate deadline is March 19, 2027 at 2:00 PM ET. Book through the official AAPM housing portal only. Ignore outside solicitations — they are not affiliated with AAPM.

Hosting an Event During the Meeting?

All exhibitor-hosted events require explicit AAPM approval to ensure they align with our standards and meet the interests of our attendees. Submit your request here.

Event approval required. Exhibitor-hosted events — including off-site dinners, receptions, and hospitality suites — must be approved by AAPM in advance. Unapproved events may conflict with official programming and are not permitted. Event submission will be available via the button coming soon.
