Before the Meeting
Prepare your setup and materials ahead of October 29

Technical Requirements

The meeting is hosted on a virtual platform accessible via any modern web browser. No software download is required. For the best experience, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop computer.

A stable internet connection, working microphone, and camera are recommended for breakout sessions.

Access & Login

Your unique meeting access link will be emailed to the address used during registration approximately two weeks before the meeting. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

If you have not received your link by October 22, contact specialtymeetings@aapm.org.

The full program schedule is available now in advance of the meeting.

Pre-Meeting Materials

Any pre-reading or preparatory resources provided by session faculty will be posted to the meeting platform before October 29. Log in early to review them at your own pace.

During the Meeting
Making the most of your two days — October 29 & 30

Joining Sessions

Log in to the meeting platform at least 10 minutes before the start of Day 1. Sessions will open for entry 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.

Q&A and Participation

Each session will include dedicated time for questions. Submit questions via the platform's Q&A panel.

Breakout Discussions

Breakout sessions are small-group discussions facilitated by faculty. These are your opportunity to dig deeper, share your own clinical experience, and build peer connections. Come prepared with questions or cases from your own practice.

Guided Exercises

Some sessions include structured case exercises. Materials will be available in the virtual platform.

Session Recordings

All plenary sessions will be recorded and made available on the meeting platform within 24 hours of the live session. Recordings will remain accessible for one year.

Breakout discussions will not be recorded.

After the Meeting
Evaluations, CE credits, and taking your toolkit back to the clinic

Complete Your Evaluation

The session evaluation system opens on October 29, 2026 and closes on December 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Completing your evaluation is required to receive continuing education credits.

You will receive an email with your evaluation link.

CE Credits

Continuing education credits will be posted to your AAPM account on December 7, 2026, following the close of the evaluation period. You will receive a confirmation email when credits are available.

On-Demand Access to Recordings

Recorded sessions will remain available on the meeting platform for one year.

Your Plan Review Toolkit

Downloadable resources, reference materials, and tools shared during the meeting will be available in the virtual platform. Take time to organize and apply these materials in your own institutional workflows.

Stay Connected

Continue conversations with colleagues you met during the meeting. Sharing what you implement at your institution strengthens the entire community's practice.

Share What You Learned

Consider presenting key takeaways at a departmental meeting. The toolkit materials are designed to be practical and transferable.

Don't miss the evaluation deadline. The evaluation system closes December 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Evaluations must be completed before CE credits can be posted on December 7.
