What to Expect
The Physics Plan Review Toolkit Specialty Meeting uses a variety of session formats designed to maximize active learning and peer engagement.
Lectures
Expert-led presentations covering plan review fundamentals, advanced clinical topics, and emerging areas such as AI and reirradiation.
Interactive Breakout Sessions
Small-group discussions facilitated by expert faculty. Participants explore site-specific cases, difficult scenarios, and communication challenges in a collaborative setting.
Panel Discussions & Q&A
Moderated sessions featuring multiple expert perspectives on complex clinical topics, with dedicated time for attendee questions.
Live Demo
A real-time, interactive walkthrough of a complex reirradiation case, allowing attendees to engage with the decision-making process as it unfolds.
Continuing Education Credits
The Physics Plan Review Toolkit Specialty Meeting will apply to CAMPEP for MPCEC hours. Credits are available for live attendance and on-demand viewing.
MPCEC Credits
Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits (MPCEC) are available to all registered attendees for both live session attendance and on-demand viewing after the meeting.
How Credits Are Earned
To earn credits, you must attend or view each session in its entirety and complete the online evaluation for that session before the system closes on December 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
On-Demand Access
All plenary session recordings are available on demand within 24 hours of each live session and remain accessible for up to one year. Breakout discussions are live only and will not be recorded.
Accessing the Evaluation System
Your Registration Badge ID and the email address used at registration are required to access the evaluation system. Keep this information from your confirmation email.
Continuing education credits will be posted to your AAPM account on December 7, 2026, following the close of the evaluation period on December 3, 2026.
