Need Approval to Attend?
Because this is a fully virtual meeting, there are no travel, hotel, or transportation costs associated with attendance. A justification letter template is available to help you make the case to your supervisor or department head.
The letter includes an overview of the meeting, program highlights, a full cost breakdown, and key dates — everything your supervisor needs to approve your registration.
Registration rates are included in the letter template. We recommend downloading the letter and filling in your name and department details before submitting to your supervisor.

- All check payments must be received by October 22, 2026.
- Please make checks payable to AAPM and mail with the registrant's name and a copy of the registration confirmation to:

ACH Payment
Contact the AAPM Accounting Team for ACH or wire transfer information.
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before October 1, 2026.
- No refunds for failure to attend or for non-participation in the virtual meeting.
- Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of on-demand access.
- Registrations are not transferable to another attendee or to other AAPM meetings.
To qualify for the Non-Member Resident/Junior or Non-Member Student registration types, please complete and submit the verification form during the online registration process.
AAPM supports members residing in Low/Low-Middle Income Countries with a discounted registration rate. To receive this rate, please apply for AAPM membership.
AAPM follows the World Bank Country and Lending Groups classification to identify members residing in lower-middle and low-income countries.
