What’s Included in Registration
In-Person with On-Demand Access
In-Person registration with on-demand access includes:
- Admission to didactic sessions
- Breakfast, lunches, dinner, and breaks (see program for times/locations)
- One (1) Summer School t-shirt
- One (1) Proceedings book
- On-Demand recordings of sessions
- Ability to earn Continuing Education Credits
Guest
Guest registration includes:
- Guests are welcome to accompany you to the 2026 AAPM Summer School. The registration fees include daily meals in the on-campus dining hall and evening events/socials.
- Not included: Admission to didactic sessions, ability to earn MPCEC, coffee breaks, and Summer School t-shirt.

All attendees must visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badges. Additional information will be provided at a later date.

Registration Policies Check & ACH Payments
Check Payment
- All check payments must be received by June 8, 2026.
- If you registered at the Early Bird rate and are paying by check, payment must be received no later than May 18, 2026.
- If Early Bird payment is not received by May 18, 2026, your registration will be changed to the regular rate.

Registration Policies Cancellation & Refund
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before May 18, 2026.
- No refunds for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure from the meeting.
- Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of on-demand access.
- Registrations are not transferable to another attendee or other AAPM meetings.

To qualify for the Non-Member Resident/Junior or Non-Member Student registration types, please complete and submit this verification form during the online registration process.
Registration Qualifications Resident of Low/Low-Middle Income Country
AAPM supports members residing in Low/Low-Middle Income Countries with a discounted registration rate. To receive this rate, please apply for AAPM membership.
AAPM follows the World Bank Country and Lending Groups classification to identify members residing in lower-middle and low-income countries.
