Registration is located in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando. All attendees must visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badges. On-site registration will be available.

Career Services

The Career Services Booth connects job seekers and employers in one convenient space. Job seekers can post and share their résumés with potential employers, browse job postings from companies and clinics nationwide, and watch for on-site interview invitations. Employers can display open positions, review candidate résumés, and arrange in-person interviews through the dedicated Interview Room, available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a great opportunity for meaningful career networking and recruitment during the meeting.

Where to Take/Claim Items

  • Bring found items to the registration area in the LOCATION of the Vancouver Convention Centre - West.
  • Any unclaimed items remaining after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22 will be returned to the convention center.
  • Posters left on boards on Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall will be moved to the poster retrieval table nearest the poster section.
