The AAPM | COMP Annual Meeting & Exhibition wouldn’t be possible without our presenters. To give you the best meeting experience, this toolkit brings together tips and resources to help you create accessible, engaging presentations, promote your session, and enjoy a smooth presenting experience. Explore speaker and moderator guidelines, poster information, accessibility best practices, timelines, and quick checklists—all in one place.

Registration requirement: All presenters and program participants—members, nonmembers, and students—must register for the AAPM | COMP Annual Meeting & Exhibition and pay the appropriate registration fees.

Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room is available to help presenters prepare for their sessions. Speakers can check in, upload or review their presentations, and test slides on conference equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. Technical staff are available to assist with formatting, updates, and any last-minute adjustments.

Where to submit your request

Submit your accessibility request in Confex as part of your speaker or presenter workflow.

Follow-up timeline

  • More than 30 days before the meeting: Contacted approximately 30 days prior.
  • 30 days or fewer before the meeting: Contacted within one week of registration.
Tip: Submit requests as early as possible.
