Each 10’ × 10’ booth will be supplied with: 8’ high back wall drape, 3’ high side-rail drape, and a 7” × 44” identification sign.

Not included: furnishings, carpet, or utilities. Ordering information (furnishings, carpet, floral, cleaning, other accessories/services) will be in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Important: All booths are required to have carpet and/or some form of alternate floor covering.

Maximum exhibit space heights vary by booth type. Please review the rules for each booth type in the Exhibitor Services Kit and Exhibitor Resources Center.

• Standard (Inline/Corner/Peninsula): Max height 8 ft; only 1 display level; hanging signs not permitted.
• Perimeter: Max height 12 ft; only 1 display level; hanging signs not permitted.
• Island: Max height 20 ft; may have more than one display level (pending Fire Marshal approval); hanging signs permitted; sign height 20 ft.

• Move-In: begins Thursday, July 16 at 8:00 AM
• Final Prep: Saturday, July 18 at 3:00 PM (for booths > 300 sq ft)
• Sunday, July 17: All booths must be set by 9:00 AM
• Move-Out: Tuesday, July 21, 5:00–8:00 PM and Wednesday, July 22, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Teams must remain working in their booths; no wandering in the hall is permitted.
• All team members and EACs must have security wristbands and/or exhibitor badges.

Maritz Global Events is the only official housing provider. You will be able to make hotel reservations during the registration process. Report solicitations from other companies to AAPM.

AAPM no longer offers a pre-registration list. Pre-registration lists are included with the AAPM Yearly Sponsorship Package. Post-event lists are available after Attendee List Request forms are received.

Lead retrieval is offered by Maritz Global Events. See the Facility & Other Contractors section of the Exhibitor Services Kit (when available) or the Maritz registration portal in your Exhibitor Dashboard in ExpoCAD.

• No public Wi-Fi in the exhibit hall at Vancouver Convention Centre.
• Order internet service (in advance or onsite) through the venue’s exclusive provider.
• Free public Wi-Fi is available only in lobby/public spaces.

• Exhibitors may enter the hall beginning at 8:00 AM each day.
• Please do not schedule meetings with attendees outside official show hours.
• Attendee badges do not allow early/after-hours floor access.

Two independently operated parking facilities are within the Vancouver Convention Centre (24/7, first-come, first-served). For inquiries, contact the provider directly.
