MESSAGE FROM THE AAPM PRESIDENT

AAPM President

On behalf of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, thank you for your continued support of the AAPM | COMP Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Your partnership is essential to the success of this event and to advancing innovation in medical physics.

We’re excited to invite you to exhibit at the 68th AAPM | COMP Annual Meeting & Exhibition, happening this July in the vibrant city of Vancouver, British Columbia. With around 3,500 medical physicists expected to attend, this is the place to connect with key decision-makers, physics influencers, spotlight your latest innovations, and grow your presence in the clinical, academic, and industry spheres.

This year’s meeting is guided by our 2026 theme — Medical Physics Community: Inspiration. Innovation. Impact. — reflecting our shared commitment to connection, creativity, and advancing the field through technology and research. Over three high-impact days, the exhibit hall will be buzzing with energy. Running in parallel with the scientific program, it’s designed to serve as a hub of activity, spark conversations, and create meaningful opportunities to engage with attendees eager for forward-thinking solutions. It’s your chance to stand out, elevate your brand, and contribute to the future of medical physics.

Attendees will have access to a full slate of engaging content, including focused sessions in Professional, Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, and Therapy tracks. Plus, popular features like the Snap Oral Program, Early Career and Mentor Sessions, and Vendor Showcases are all tailored to foster interaction between exhibitors and participants. Hot-topic sessions on AI, Theranostics, and other emerging trends promise to draw targeted, future-focused audiences to the show floor. The meeting will be anchored by key- note sessions featuring thought leaders and a President’s Symposium designed to inspire reflection and conversation.

And let’s not forget the setting — Vancouver, a walkable coastal city where ocean views meet mountain air. From world-class dining to unforgettable outdoor adventures, it’s the ideal place to mix business with meaningful connections.

We are truly grateful for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you in Vancouver. Together, we are impacting the field of medical physics, and we deeply appreciate the vital role you play in that journey.
