On-Site Registration

Registration is located in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando. All attendees must visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badges. On-site registration will be available.

If you lose or find an item during Spring Clinical, use the information below for quick assistance. The registration desk can help reunite items with their owners.

Where to Take/Claim Items

  • Bring found items to the registration desk in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
  • Any unclaimed items remaining after 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24 will be returned to the hotel.
  • Posters left on boards after 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24 will be removed and cannot be returned.

Registration & Badge Pickup

  • Location: International Ballroom Foyer, Hyatt Regency Orlando.
  • Need a shorter wait or a seat? Ask any staff member—assistance is available.

Seating & Room Access

  • Accessible seating areas are available in all session rooms.
  • Let staff know if you prefer front-row, aisle, or companion seating.

Navigating the Venue

  • Same level (Conference Level): Therapy, Diagnostic, Exhibit Hall, Speaker Ready Room, Registration Desk.
  • Elevators: across from Registration and the Exhibit Hall.
  • Welcome Reception: Orchid Room, Level 4 (indoor & outdoor areas).

  • Special diets supported: gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, halal, kosher, allergy-friendly.
  • Please note dietary requests during registration.
