What is the theme or focus of the conference?
The 2026 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting focuses on delivering practical, clinic-ready knowledge for clinical physicists, dosimetrists, and radiation oncology professionals. Over four days, the program features interactive sessions, case-based learning, and expert panels covering therapy, imaging, mammography, and professional development. Designed for both early-career and seasoned professionals, the meeting offers actionable insights, continuing education opportunities, and meaningful peer connections in an intimate, collaborative environment that fosters dialogue and hands-on learning.

The meeting is ideal for clinical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, and other radiation oncology professionals seeking practical, immediately applicable knowledge. It’s also valuable for residents, students, and early-career professionals looking to strengthen their skills, as well as seasoned experts aiming to stay current with best practices, emerging technologies, and professional development opportunities.
Registration & Payment
Is there an on-demand option?
Yes! We offer an on-demmand only registration category. On-demand only registrants will have access to the session recordings 24 hours post-session. Attendees will have six weeks to complete the evaluation system to obtain continuing education credits. Session recordings will be available to attendees for one year.
Can I register after the meeting ends to view and access the recordings?
You must register before March 24, 2026 12:00PM ET in order to access the session recordings. Once registration has closed, session recordings will be available to members in March 2027.
What is the cancellation policy?
Written cancellations received by the February 19, 2026 are eligible for a refund. Please email SpringClinical@aapm.org. After the deadline, registrations are non-refundable, but may be changed to on-demand only.
Travel & Accommodation
Is there a host hotel and group rate?
Yes! Rooms are available at the conference hotel, Hyatt Regency Orlando, at a discounted group rate. Reservations will open December8, 2025. Book through the official housing link on the Housing page by February 27, 2026 to receive negotiated perks and to support the meeting.
What are the transportation and parking options?
Ride-share and taxi services are widely available; public transit options may also be convenient.

When will the program be available?
The meeting program will be available on November 12, 2025. Check the Program page for updates.
Are CE/CME credits offered?
Yes! Eligible sessions will offer continuing education credits. Attendees will be able to evaluate on the meeting platform.
Onsite Information
Where do I pick up my badge?
Badges can be picked up at the registration desk during posted hours. You can view the hours on the Registration page and On-Site Services page.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in designated areas. Wi-Fi information will be provided to attendees via the Know Before You Go email, sent approximately one week before the meeting.
What meals are included?
