Poster Information
Best Poster Competition
We will be conducting a Best Poster Competition where a panel of judges will score the posters. To ensure the judges have sufficient time for review and selection, the presenting author is required to upload a PDF file of their poster before arriving onsite. You will receive an email notification when the submission system is open. The winner will be announced onsite during the meeting.
At the meeting, you are required to display your physical poster when the exhibit hall opens. You will also participate in the Interactive Poster Session. You will stand by your poster to interact with attendees.

- Submission Deadline: February 25, 2026 (Upload a PDF of your poster for judging)

Who Can Upload the Poster?
- Presenting Author only: The Presenting Author listed for the poster will have access to the Poster Builder site to upload the poster.
Poster Guidelines
Display Board Dimensions
44” wide × 44” high (usable area)
Poster must include
- Poster Number
- Title of accepted abstract
- Text: large, clear (≥ 16 pt, double-spaced)
- Fonts: sans-serif recommended
- Layout: organize content in columns (top-to-bottom, left-to-right)
Responsibilities & Supplies
- Responsibility: Presenters must handle development, printing, shipment (if needed), and display of materials, as well as any associated costs.
- Supplies: Pushpins provided.

Be sure to visit the poster area! Posters will be available for viewing all day from Saturday, March 21 through Monday, March 23.
