EXHIBITING INFORMATION

New this year, the Exhibit Hall will be Saturday and Sunday only. Sales opened for Spring Clinical booths and sponsorships on September 3, 2025. At that time, you can begin to sign up for the meeting. Please note the following due dates:

  • Applications due: October 8, 2025
  • Space assignments sent via email: October 22, 2025
  • Full payment due: February 4, 2026

Space assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis.
