AAPM welcomes exhibitors whose products and services support clinical medical physics and radiation oncology, including treatment planning and delivery systems, imaging and QA solutions, dosimetry and safety tools, practice management software, education and training resources, and related clinical innovations. The 2026 Spring Clinical Meeting will be held primarily in person, with an option for on-demand participation.

EXHIBITING INFORMATION

New this year, the Exhibit Hall will be Saturday and Sunday only. The 2026 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting floor plan and space application will be available on September 3, 2025. At that time, you can begin to sign up for the meeting. Please note the following due dates:

  • Applications due: October 8, 2025
  • Space assignments sent via email: October 22, 2025
  • Full payment due: February 4, 2026

Space assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis.
