AAPM Supports AIP DEIBA Strategy
To spur collaboration and advance goals towards achieving diversity, AIP's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, & Accessibility (DEIBA) Strategic Plan addresses the continued under-representation of racial and ethnic minorities, women, LGBTQ+ people, and people with disabilities in STEM. It represents the collective thinking of the AIP Federation/Member Societies - including AAPM - and builds upon AIP's existing programmatic efforts to improve diversity and create a culture of inclusion and belonging.
